1 / Did you used to be called Bespoke Event Styling?

We did indeed! We rebranded in early 2023 to better reflect the company. 

2 / What services can be booked through BEST?

We cover Wedding & Event Planning, Coordination, Styling, Floristry, Signage, Stationary, the list goes on! As long as you reach our minimum spend, you can pick and choose which services you'd like us to provide for you. 

3 / How do I book?

The first step toward wedding perfection is to book a vision board session with us! It's complimentary and by the end of the call you'll have a much better idea of just how we can achieve your dream wedding together.

4 / Where are you based?

We are based in Kent, but we cover weddings and events across mainland UK. 

5 / What is the minimum spend?

The minimum spend is £3000. This could cover a range of services, or just one, every wedding is unique and the cost of each wedding depends on the services you require. 

6 / Are the styling items I choose for hire or purchase?

Unless otherwise agreed, the products are for hire only. The exceptions to this are personalised décor such as stationary, signage and neon lights, and fresh florals such as bridal bouquets, buttonholes etc. 

7 / Who sets the styling up on the day?

We do! Our team will arrive before the event, set up and make sure everything is absolutely perfect before you enter the event space.

8 / Will you be at my wedding all day?

If you hire us to coordinate your big day, we will be there all day long - in the case of a wedding we will be there until the first dance has been performed. If you have hired us to style the event only, we will set up and be gone by the time the event begins.

9 / Who collects the décor once we're finished with it?

At the end of the event, our team will take down and collect all of the styling items. This may be in the night time after the event ends, or it may be the following morning. The collection time will be agreed with your venue prior to the event. 

10 / How much does it cost to have BEST style our wedding?

Every wedding is unique, so we don't have a 'one price suits all' option. If you'd like a quote for the services you need, please book a vision board session where we can run through your requirements and send you a quote. 

11 / How does BEST work? 

Here's where BEST is different: We only book one event per day. This means you have our full focus all day long. This ensures we're not rushing here there and everywhere, and we're entirely devoted to your day being the best it possibly can be. We have a simple process we use to deliver consistently high customer satisfaction. 

12 / Does it matter what stage of the wedding planning journey I'm at?

Absolutely! we highly recommend couples book a date at a venue prior to contacting us. This means we are able to check your date is available so that neither side is wasting time. Don't worry if you have no clue where to begin, just chat to one of our friendly stylists on your vision board call and we'll be able to get you on track.
